City Clerk

The City Clerk is the designated custodian of all city documents, records minutes of City Council meetings, oversees city elections and ballot issues, executes city contracts, certifies official documents, issues business licenses, UTV licenses and building permits, pays city invoices, calculates and prints city payroll, and is the contact person for city departments, building rentals such as Legion Hall, Legion Park and the City Park.  

Utility Clerk/Deputy Clerk

The Utility Clerk/Deputy Clerk performs many duties vital to the daily operations of City Hall.  Task performed by the Utility Clerk include covering for the City Clerk as needed, creating monthly statements and collecting utility payments, and accepting license and permit applications and payments.
