Please contact City Hall for your Water/Sewer connections or billing issues at 573-764-3340, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. When requesting new connection of service, to prevent delay of service connection the application form MUST be completed IN FULL and turned into office by 2:30p.m. for same day connection.
RENTAL PREMISES SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY OF GERALD BUILDING INSPECTION.

To report a water or sewer outage or break call (573) 764-3340 during normal business hours, after hours call 911 for the department to be dispatched.

Renter/Leaser/Lease to Own - must provide a copy of lease and a copy of applicant's driver's license (if a co-applicant is listed on application, a copy of co-applicant's driver's license must be included) and a $100.00 Deposit.
Property oweners - must provide proof of ownership (copy of deed or settlement paperwork) and a copy of applicant's driver's license (if a co-applicant is listed on application, a copy of co-applicant's driver's license must be included).
