Gerald Park Board
The Gerald Park Board consists of nine members which are appointed by the Mayor, subject to the consent of the Board of Aldermen. Directors appointed to the Board must be citizens and shall have been resident of the City of Gerald for at least one year immediately prior to their appointment. Each member serves for a term of three years. Immediately after the appointment of members, the members shall meet and organize by election 1 member as President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Park Board members hold a regular meeting every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.
